Date: Sunday 25th February 2018

Time: 1:00pm to 5:30pm @ Yogaworks London

Have you had enough of Internet dating? Have you been single for a while and feel ready to meet that someone special? Do you keep attracting the same type of partners? Do you feel stuck in the pursuit of love? Do you want to know ‘how’ to attract love in your life?

Join Anne Loyd and Annabelle Dent in this immersive and beautiful workshop which will help you uncover, discover and transform your ideas, patterns and behaviours about finding love.

“Anne Loyd approaches the often times challenging topic of “Love + Relationships” with grace, humour and wisdom.  I recommend the workshop for anyone, whether in a relationship or not, as the tools she teaches help us to manifest the love we deserve.” – Cyia, LA

During the workshop you will:

  • Discover what love means to you – what are your beliefs about love and do they need to be upgraded?
  • Look at past conditions and patterns that may be blocking you to love and relationships – do you keep attracting the wrong partners?
  • Identify a series of steps that help you uncover and discover more about what you truly desire in a loving relationship
  • Develop actions to create that loving relationship
  • Identify tools to use when you meet potential partners

The workshop is both profound and inspiring and you will leave with a renewed and fresh perspective about what love really is, the reasons why it may have escaped you and the clarity and direction to assist you in creating that special relationship in your life. There’ll be story-telling, visioning, writing, meditation, laughter and sharing, along with Anne’s personal journey on finding love.

The day will begin with a series of heart opening yoga asanas and meditation. Please wear comfortable clothing to move in, a throw or blanket to keep warm, and a journal and pen for writing.

“Taking Anne Loyd’s “Love + Relationship” course really helped me to understand the importance of an honest dialogue in a healthy partnership.  Not only with one’s partner, but with oneself.  It was when writing down what our ideal partnership looks like, that I really began to understand the kind of partner I want to be, as well as the kind of relationship I want to have with my husband.” Celeste, LA

Anne Loyd is an internationally recognised professional coach and mindfulness meditation teacher and has delivered numerous workshops in both the UK and abroad. For the first time she is offering this transformative workshop to Londoners. Anne is a wise, authentic and inspiring workshop guide and her 26-year journey of self-discovery and learning, along with her formal qualifications in coaching and mindfulness form the basis of her work as a coach, writer and teacher.

Annabelle Dent is a Hatha and Vinyasa yoga teacher and artist. Having trained in both Australia and India she is now continuing her learning and teaching in London with her friendly and approachable manner. She has a huge passion for yoga and yogic philosophy and helping others to take their practice off the yoga mat into everyday life.

“Anne Loyd is a miracle worker. Rather than explaining concepts in abstract and complicated terms, Anne teaches from her own experiences, and in turn creates a natural dialog with a feeling of mutual understanding and compassion. Simply being in her presence feels like being wrapped in a warm hug… and sometimes that’s all you need.” Laura, LA
